Return & Exchange Policy

How Long Do I Have to Return an Item?

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

What Items Are Eligible for Return?

To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in their original condition
- Have all original packaging and tags attached
- Be free of pet hair, stains, odors, or damage
- Be returned with proof of purchase

Items Not Eligible for Return

- Personalized/custom items (e.g., engraved pet tags, custom name collars)
- Gift cards or downloadable products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used or damaged products that are not due to a defect

Refund Policy

How Will I Receive My Refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will not include shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective product).
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy

Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size or Color?

Yes! If you need a different size or color, we’re happy to process an exchange, subject to product availability.

Once received, we’ll ship out the new item or provide store credit if the item is unavailable.


Return Shipping

Who Covers the Cost of Return Shipping?

  • If the return is due to an issue on our end (wrong item, defective product, damage during shipping), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

What If I Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

- A photo of the issue
- Your order number
- A short description of the problem

We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or issue a refund.

If you received a gift from One Pawfect Life and need to return or exchange it, please email us with the gift giver’s name or order number so we can assist you.

What If My Order Was Lost or Stolen?

One Pawfect Life is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. We recommend checking with your local post office or filing a claim with the carrier.
